CSR Policy

TMG is committed to improving the working environment to provide all employees with a safe and secure workplace. We uphold our corporate social responsibility by adhering to the following principles throughout the processes of product manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service:

  1. Prohibit child labor and do not accept the employment of child labor by any supplier.

  2. Respect employees' freedom of employment, and prohibit management from using any form of forced or coercive labor. We do not accept any forced labor practices by our suppliers.

  3. Continuously improve the working environment to ensure the health and safety of employees.

  4. Foster harmonious labor relations and respect employees’ opinions.

  5. Treat all employees fairly, without discrimination based on gender, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, political opinion, pregnancy, immigration status, ethnicity, social class, marital or family status, or any similar personal characteristics.

  6. Ensure employees’ safety, health, and welfare, with reasonable arrangements for working hours, rest, and leave.

  7. Provide reasonable compensation and benefits to meet employees’ basic living needs.

  8. Respect employees' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining at all levels.

  9. Establish a management system that complies with national and international laws and regulations, and continuously improve it to ensure effectiveness.

  10. Comply with applicable anti-corruption laws and all ethical standards. No form of bribery is permitted under any circumstances.

  11. Abide by applicable laws, ensure transparency of information, maintain and provide accurate information, and never falsify any records.

Integrity
We are committed to combating corruption and fraud through joint action, awareness, and training involving both our suppliers and employees.

Anti-Corruption – Standing Together with Employees:

  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
    We strictly adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and official directives.

  2. Prohibition of Corruption and Bribery

    ◆ When engaging with third parties in business activities, all actions must comply with legal requirements, business practices, and professional etiquette.
    ◆ Avoid conflicts of interest in all business dealings.
    ◆ Safeguard company resources and strictly prohibit illegal or improper use of assets.
    ◆ Appropriately protect the company’s information, business operations, technical data, trade secrets, and confidential information.
    ◆ It is forbidden to obtain others’ trade secrets or confidential data through improper means, or to infringe on intellectual property rights.
    ◆ Comply with all relevant copyright and trademark laws.
    ◆ Any employee involved in corrupt activities will be subject to disciplinary action. Such actions are considered equivalent to criminal behavior and may lead to the most severe penalties, including termination of employment and referral to legal authorities for criminal investigation.

PEFC/FSCTM Values

TMG hereby declares that it shall neither directly nor indirectly engage in the following activities:

  1. Illegal logging or the trade of illegal timber or forest products.

  2. Violations of traditional and human rights during forest operations.

  3. Destruction of high conservation values during forest operations.

  4. Conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use.

  5. Introduction of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in forest operations.

  6. Violation of any of the core labor principles and rights defined by the 1998 ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
